2. Scope
These terms apply to use of mslholidays.com and to products ordered directly from the MSL Holidays shop. External hotel, tour, activity and eSIM bookings are agreements with the linked third-party provider and are not shop orders from MSL Holidays.
3. Product information and prices
We describe products as accurately as reasonably possible. Images may show minor colour or scale differences. Prices and applicable delivery costs are displayed before an order is submitted. Any taxes legally due will be included or clearly identified before payment. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
4. Ordering and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is formed when MSL Holidays accepts the order or confirms dispatch, depending on the confirmation provided. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, delivery is impossible, fraud is suspected or a clear error occurred. Any collected amount will then be refunded where required.
5. Delivery
Available destinations, delivery charges and estimates are shown during checkout. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery will occur within the statutory maximum period. Risk remains with MSL Holidays until the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer, receives the product.
6. Right of withdrawal and 30-day returns
Consumers normally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. In addition, MSL Holidays advertises a commercial 30 days returns period, subject to the conditions in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Use the permanently available Cancel an order function or send an unambiguous statement to info@mslholidays.com. The statutory model withdrawal form may also be used. Exceptions can apply to customised, perishable, sealed hygiene or other legally excluded goods and will be stated before purchase.
7. Returns and refunds
After withdrawal, goods must normally be returned within 14 days. Unless stated otherwise, the customer pays the direct return cost. Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded where legally required. Refunds are made within the statutory period using the original payment method, although reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or proof of return is received.
8. Statutory guarantee
Consumers are entitled to goods that conform to the agreement. Mandatory statutory guarantee rights are not limited by a commercial return period or manufacturer warranty. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or different from what was ordered.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login details confidential. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, security attacks or unlawful activity. Guest checkout remains available where offered.
10. Website content and affiliates
Travel content is for general information. Affiliate relationships and external bookings are explained in our Disclaimer & Affiliates page. Website content, branding and original media may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except where the law permits.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to info@mslholidays.com with sufficient detail and, for shop matters, the order number. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and provide a substantive response within 14 days. If more time is required, we will indicate when a response can be expected.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, liability for indirect or unforeseeable loss is excluded to the extent permitted.
13. Changes and applicable law
The version supplied or made available when an order is placed applies to that order. We may update terms for future use. Dutch law applies, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protection available in their country of residence.
