This policy explains shipping costs, delivery, returns, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made through the MSL Holidays shop.

1. Shipping costs
Standard shipping is currently €4.95. Orders of €50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping where shown in the shop. The final charge and available destination are displayed before payment.
2. Delivery
Available delivery destinations and the estimated delivery period are shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. If no specific period is agreed, the order will be delivered within the statutory maximum period. Please provide a complete and accurate address.
If an order is delayed materially or cannot be delivered, contact info@mslholidays.com . MSL Holidays bears the transport risk until the consumer, or a designated recipient, receives the goods.
3. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include the order number, a description and clear photos where useful. Do not return a defective or incorrect item before receiving instructions if avoidable. Your statutory rights to a conforming product remain fully applicable.
4. Statutory 14 days right of withdrawal
A consumer may normally withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the product is received. To exercise this right before the deadline:
- use our online cancellation function ;
- email an unambiguous withdrawal statement to info@mslholidays.com ; or
- use the model form shown below.
5. Additional 30 days return policy
MSL Holidays also advertises returns within 30 days after delivery. To qualify beyond the statutory withdrawal period, the item must normally be unused, complete and in resalable condition with original packaging. This additional policy does not restrict statutory rights for defective goods.
6. Returning the goods
After notifying us of withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days.
The return address will be provided with the return instructions.
Unless we state otherwise or the product is defective or incorrect, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost. Use suitable packaging and retain proof of posting. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
7. Refunds
Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, we refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without extra cost.
8. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to legally excluded products, including goods made to personal specifications, goods that deteriorate rapidly, or sealed hygiene goods after the seal is broken. Any relevant exception will be communicated before purchase.
